Both Madeira and Coats polyester threads are oil-based and made
with specially developed materials that eliminate looping, puckering, and
virtually all thread breaks. They are known for their durability, strength, and
UV resistance.
The #40 is the most commonly used weight. A #60 thread can be used when you
need a thread to do fine detail work. A #30 thread can be used when you need a
thicker thread to coverage in a fill area.

Recommended
Washing:
Machine wash warm no higher than 203° F. Tumble dry.
Cool iron if needed. Dry cleaning is permitted with any solvent except
Trichloroethylene. Colorfast to chlorine bleach.
